Founder & CEO
David Guest, BA and MBA from McGill University. Founder of CCPS Inc. David is a seasoned senior executive delivering merchant accounts in the payment industry for over 20 years. His skill set focuses heavily on customer acquisition, merchant account brokerage, e-commerce solutions, and business development within the payment industry. David previously managed merchant accounts at several organizations including banks where he built lifelong relationships that get his merchants approved today.
David is an active Member/Donor of the ASPCA. David is a dog lover and whisperer who also enjoys traveling, making relationships, and martial arts.

Senior Account Executive
Andrew is Senior Account Executive at CCPS Inc. Andrew has been specializing in high risk credit card transaction processing and services for over 15 years, specifically securing hard to place merchant accounts for e-commerce, mail order, telephone order (MOTO) and card not present.
His expertise is evaluating risk profiles, managing underwriting, compliance, analyzing gateways, processing costs, reserves, and aiding on chargeback mitigation.
Andrew’s priority is to get every merchant approved and running quickly. Once onboarded, he strives to anticipate the needs of every merchant, always working with them for whatever is required, and ensuring a great customer experience is paramount for him.
Andrew enjoys traveling with his family and is an avid fan of Football.

Sales Team Lead
Sonia Fessy is Sales Team Lead at CCPS for over 10 years, Sonia also works directly with the CEO and Senior Management including department leaders, with communication, corporate culture, corporate operations for new projects.
She also overviews Merchant approvals and deployments including applications. Sonia has a degree in Marketing and Business and recently has completed her paralegal certificate. A tool she uses every day to read and understand contracts between ISO banks and our Merchants. Sonia enjoys traveling to conferences, meeting current and new prospective clients and ISO’s across the world, building new relationships.
Mom of 2 boys under 5 years old, a new soccer Mom now too, she also enjoys yoga, and long walks with her amazing husband Trevor.

Systems & IT Lead
Deepak is a Software engineer from Pune, India with 12 years of experience solving complex problems across startups and the latest technologies. Deepak is passionate about data modelling, system architecture, and AI-driven product design, that results in high-impact solutions to our Merchant-ISO relationships. Currently, he is a senior Developer at CCPS where he uses these tools implementing data bases, business portals, lead generation and tech support.
Deepak thrives on solving problems, keeping things simple and likes building a one of a kind merchant relationship and experience.
